Great beds and no expense spared in the bathrooms. The receptionist remembered my name and room number which is great for a busy hotel. The guys at the entrance were great and genuine and helpful.

The W is a luxurious hotel in a great location - a few minutes walk from a large shopping mall and the corniche and a short taxi ride to most other attractions. The service is impeccable and I was made to feel very welcome on arrival. In particular, Tunc on reception went above and beyond to arrange a late checkout for me which made such a difference on my last day. I was also provided with a lovely welcome drink on arrival. I ate in La Spiga restaurant where the food, wine and service (provided by Sahbi) was fantastic. Sahbi recommended a dish for me (pasta with clams) as I was undecided, and it was absolutely delicious. The second night I ordered room service. The food was very good and Munshi provided friendly service. The lap pool is pleasant and I was the only one using it on the Saturday afternoon. I was on the 9th floor and had great views. I'll definitely stay in the W should I stop over in Doha again.

We got upgraded to the Wow suite for my 40th birthday what an awesome surprise. The staff were so attentive and happy to help. The breakfast was delicious and very good central location.

Centrally located / middle of all the action, lovely customer service and very attentive to your needs and feedback, they made sure I move to another room the moment I complained about the room amenities / big size, they also bribed me with some lovely cake / treats / apology note so couldnt say a word :) (credit was due) breakfast was good and they were kind enough to allow me to have a take away box for snacks and bites for later, loved the free Vallet and parking , cool corner suite was lovely with the sea view / pool view, room was nicely designed and pleasing ,

Great location. Close to the City Center Doha Mall. In my view, the pictures dont do justice to the apartment. Sufficient supplies. Great valet service. Great and friendly staff support. Pool and gym as stated.
